Interview for a managerial position:
1. There were two interviews in total.
(1) First interview: I had to give a presentation introducing my academic and professional background, areas of expertise, vision, etc.
Because I was nervous, I spoke faster and faster during the presentation. The interviewer very politely and kindly reminded me to slow down my speech.
(2) Second interview: This mainly focused on an introduction to the job responsibilities and gave me another opportunity to confirm whether there was anything I was unclear about. I could ask questions and discuss the salary.
2. The salary and benefits are good, and better than those required by the Labor Standards Act.
3. The interviewer clearly stated that overtime was not required. (In all my previous jobs, I had to work overtime under considerable pressure, and never received overtime pay. This was the first time I had encountered a company with a no-overtime culture. I really felt that the company was very considerate. Of course, this means improving my work efficiency within the limited working hours.)
4. Flexible start and end times: after working eight hours, you can leave.
I felt that the interview process was quite pleasant. All my questions were answered very clearly, and I look forward to being hired.
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. I will add more if I think of anything.
