Pros

The boss and the boss’s wife are both exceptionally skilled at managing employees’ salaries. They even provide employees with a monthly welfare allowance for food and drinks—but it still gets deducted from your salary. Amazing!

If you earn too much in performance bonuses, sorry, but we’ll change the scheme. We need to cultivate employees’ hardworking, persevering character!

The company emphasizes an American-style environment, but it’s actually fake-American, training employees to be positive and ambitious!

The boss never knows what they’ve said, so employees are expected to remember everything carefully. Even if you remember it and the boss forgets, that means you remembered incorrectly—it was never said in the first place! This helps employees develop a cautious personality, since every meeting has to be recorded!

The company is a complete mess, and the salespeople don’t know what they’ve sold. As long as the deal is signed, that’s great! This also improves employees’ ability to respond to changing circumstances!

There’s another particularly great advantage: if you’re a recent graduate, want to meet more people, and don’t need money, this is the perfect place for you!

The turnover rate is high, so the colleagues you get to know will change every time!

Here, you develop a hardworking, cautious personality and a positive mindset, while also improving your ability to adapt. Where else could you find such a great job?

On top of that, the high turnover rate lets you meet even more people. It doesn’t get any better than this! I highly recommend it to everyone!!

Cons

There are no drawbacks. It has a perfect environment, excellent bosses, and a meticulous boss’s wife—and you can even improve yourself while earning a not-so-high salary.

This really is such a wonderful place.
