The boss himself must be sick in the head, treating everyone like disposable chopsticks. Employee turnover is extremely high, and the boss’s karma is practically nonexistent. The entire company is completely chaotic; even the smallest matters have to wait for the boss’s decision. The managers only care about covering themselves and don’t care whether the people under them live or die, causing every plan to veer wildly off course, followed by sudden U-turns from time to time. A few months later, everything is back to square one, leaving nothing but a stomach full of anger.
