I think Kenmec is a company that has been hit by a gold mine. From COVID-19 to the explosive growth of the GPU market, it also has excellent relationships with manufacturers such as AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, and TSMC. In all my years of work, I’ve never seen a company with orders that never seem to stop coming in like this. It can continue thriving for another 3–5 years without a problem. So it’s a very stable and profitable company.
1. There are often urgent orders to handle—I don’t like working overtime.
2. Managers keep changing their minds—the work is already impossible to finish, so please stop changing things.
3. Please provide clear goals—once the KPI is set, if the goal changes, the performance evaluation won’t be accurate.
4. Of course, we hope the company makes a profit and shares a bit more of it with us.
