Upon arrival, I first filled out some information and took three tests: English, logic, and direction??? After finishing, I interviewed with the boss. The conversation was fairly pleasant, and I received notification within a week. That’s considered pretty fast.
After filling out the information and finishing the tests, I had to wait a little while—I’m not sure if that counts as a drawback. Many companies make people wait, especially some that make you wait for more than half an hour. I don’t know if that’s part of Taiwanese corporate culture. So I think Kenmec was okay; they didn’t make me wait too long—that’s about it.
