The company’s method of calculating compensation is different every year. When clients are lost from accounts previously handled by others, the people who take over are still held responsible. They take the money they’ve earned and dump the problems on those who come after them—truly a scumbag.

There is no clear promotion system. Whoever wants to move up does, and even an inexperienced kid with no real-world industry experience can rise to the top. It’s truly beyond saving.
