Very close to the MRT station; aside from the office, all the display spaces are beautiful.
1. Some managers are very emotional.
2. The company is not digitized. Previously, we even had to record clock-in and clock-out times on paper. There are piles of paper-based procedures and many cumbersome systems.
3. There is a lot of infighting within the company.
4. The workload keeps increasing. Regardless of your background or expertise, they put a positive spin on it by saying it is an opportunity for you to learn.
5. The turnover rate in the office is relatively high.
7. They deduct money for the employee welfare committee, but I have never seen what benefits it provides, and there are no holiday bonuses or gifts.
Think carefully before joining. What they want is outstanding talent who needs no guidance, can hit the ground running, and has high productivity. :)
