The company has a big name, and perhaps that’s why it considers itself one of the Top players in the staffing industry?
The recruiters work very quickly and proactively.
It’s hard to put into words. If you’re coming for a finance project (especially one under the department headed by the manager whose surname starts with J), I recommend that you run as fast as you can.
They often have no idea what’s going on... To them, people are nothing more than tools (for performance metrics).
Getting you assigned as quickly as possible to improve the department’s performance is what really matters; they don’t care whether you’re a good fit for the project.
The idea of “putting people first” is probably a joke in front of this manager, right?
As other reviews have mentioned, all the outstanding CSRs have left, and what remains now...
The efficiency and methods of getting things done will make you question everything you thought you knew.
