At first, I didn’t understand why most of the employees had left some time ago. Then I noticed that most of the colleagues were new, and later heard a lot of stories. Although they gave polished explanations, just look at the performative behavior of certain employees, the way some people with no ability or sense of responsibility happened to get the opportunity to become managers, and a certain manager at headquarters who is terrible at badmouthing others—praising a colleague’s performance on the one hand while making snide remarks about that colleague on the other. Aren’t these people tired?

Overall, though, it might be a good place to retire (?). In any case, everyone seems to be sitting around waiting for the year-end bonus while looking for other opportunities.
