Pros

The base salary is high and, compared with others in the industry, they are quite generous. The performance bonuses are also good, and you get to interact with different companies. The job is indeed relatively stressful, but I don’t regret choosing to join. I heard the new general manager is the previous general manager returning, and the sales team should be able to establish itself much more strongly. Although the way they speak is very... I have to say that I still learned a lot (although they might say that you’re not being paid to learn ^^)

The initial adjustment period was relatively tough, and I really couldn’t keep up at first. But actually, when it comes to the boss’s expectations, you just need to do things his way; once you do that, he has nothing to say, haha. Later on, I started getting poached by various clients. Eventually, I encountered an industry I liked more and successfully changed jobs, haha. I felt a bit sorry toward my boss, so I’m posting this to set the record straight.

Cons

Sales pressure; an English-speaking environment; all operations need to be conducted in English.

The general manager’s attitude was really unacceptable at first.

There aren’t many bonuses for the three major holidays or an annual bonus. They say this is because the base salary is attractive. The annual leave is 15 days, and after the three-month probationary period, you can [take it].
