1. They say the monthly salary is 30k, but the actual base salary is 25k plus a 5k bonus. You only get a share of the profits when the commission exceeds 5k. Whoever works overtime is a slave.
2. The salary increase system is unclear. They say it’s the same job grade, but it’s further divided into levels; each level only adds 300, and you only advance if you perform well. But isn’t that just about who’s better at sucking up to the supervisor?
2. The interview lasted 50 minutes, and they kept asking how I got there for the interview—three times. Do they have goldfish brains? I said I took the train because I really hate riding on the roads in Zhongli. Then they asked where I could work. I said the towns around where I live, but not including Zhongli or Taoyuan. And then I didn’t get the job??? If there’s no opening, don’t advertise one. Fuck.
