Can't think of any
Mainland-based employees:
1. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 20:30. You read that right—from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
2. No labor or health insurance
3. You cannot mention the company's shortcomings
4. No one wants to take over the mainland factory after attempts to sell it; it is currently struggling to survive
5. A one-person-run company with no discernible management system
6. Only the cost of a flight to Hong Kong is covered, calculated based on the lowest fare available that day, and they may still ask you to pay the difference
7. No transportation or subsidy is provided for the journey from Hong Kong to the company; you have to figure it out and pay for it yourself
8. Employment through the Hong Kong company comes with no protections whatsoever
9. HR specializes in targeting Taiwan-based employees; if they take a dislike to you, they will fire you
