I really can't think of any advantages anymore.
The customer service supervisor is emotional and likes to loudly berate people when speaking.
Her management style is militaristic, and her training methods are really not OK.
She only has patience once.
If you ask a second time, you'll get scolded.
She doesn't communicate properly, and listening to her is very uncomfortable.
When you ask a question, instead of answering it, she will first criticize you.
Or she will scold you for not reading the SOP yourself.
There is a lot of miscellaneous work, and it can't all be finished.
I had to work overtime right after I started.
I stayed until almost 6:00 before leaving,
even though the workday officially ended at 5:30.
The company claims that 5:30–18:00
is your own personal dinner time, so there is no overtime pay.
Moreover, even if you want overtime pay, it has to be approved by the supervisor.
If the work isn't finished, the supervisor will only think that your efficiency is poor—in short, she scolds you first. It is exhausting both physically and mentally.
If you are looking for a stable job, I strongly advise against the customer service department at this company because the turnover rate is extremely high. New employees typically last only about a month, and job rotation is mandatory.
It's so ridiculous that even customers call to ask, “Why do your sales assistants keep changing? What's going on?” They can't even figure out who their contact person is anymore. It's very chaotic.
