Convenient transportation
1. During the first interview, I first interviewed with the team leader. I got the feeling that she was evasive in the way she spoke, and no matter what questions I asked, she skillfully deflected them.
2. During the second interview, the department manager and another team leader who trains new employees interviewed me together. The department manager was the primary speaker and asked questions related to my previous work. Whenever she was met with skepticism, she looked very displeased and did not respond to me.
3. When giving relevant examples, they might insult a person’s previous profession or the other person’s intelligence (though this depends on how you interpret it).
4. Their attitude was actually very disrespectful. I felt that they expected employees who joined the company to put the company first.
5. As for whether there is overtime or business travel, whenever an unexpected situation occurs, these things cannot be avoided.
6. Although they provided a DM for candidates to look over so they could understand the company, the actual business is selling Formosa Plastics gas cards, with property insurance from various insurance companies as a supplementary product. It felt like the partner companies were all fairly large. They said they regularly revisit existing customers, but based on their explanation, it seemed that the job actually involves cold outreach. This is something to consider carefully.
7. They said there is a system where members can view company-published promotions and information, as well as information about members’ gas cards. However, the company does not have a backend system for handling problems online, which is extremely inadequate.
