The interview atmosphere was very strange—an ask-and-answer format with little interaction.

The interviewers had not reviewed the résumé or portfolio beforehand, and their attitude was indifferent.

They only started asking about information already included on the résumé after I arrived.

There is also a serious amount of overtime; it is unclear whether overtime pay is provided, and what is mentioned online may not be available.

From the initial phone interview to the end, there was approximately one interview scheduled each week.

The process took more than a month.
