The boss is two-faced: he smiles at you in the morning, then fires you in the afternoon. Even if you keep up with the project schedule, you may still be dismissed without warning. The boss himself has no idea what is happening with the projects and does not understand the engineers. He asks backend developers to write frontend code. Anyone looking for stable employment should absolutely not come to this company. Although the colleagues are very nice, the boss is frightening and speaks to people in a very insulting manner. I am writing this because I do not want anyone else to have the same experience as me... Anyone considering joining should think twice....
