The colleagues are all good people
The top boss definitely has some kind of split personality disorder.
They inexplicably fly off the handle from time to time. If you don’t reply to a text message after work, prepare to be viciously berated. They treat the colleagues around them as punching bags—sorry, not colleagues…
You are all my slaves, slaves I pay to hire.
They curse and fly off the handle whenever something crosses their mind, depending on their mood.
If they can’t find the department manager, they berate the secretary; they berate the manager.
Whatever the matter, they find someone to berate.
They berate anyone they see. Not a single day is normal, and then afterward they act as if nothing happened.
Inside, you either suffer a mental breakdown or are preparing to have one.
New hires, please take care.
Several colleagues previously resigned because of depression. If you have a strong mind or a very familiar psychologist, then consider joining.
The boss’s condition: from time to time they get worked up, regardless of the season or weather—only, and exclusively, their hormones.
