I was quite nervous before the interview because the reviews online were pretty mixed. But I really wanted to work in advertising and marketing, so I still wanted to learn more about the position. After the interview, I felt that everything was pretty good. The HR representative was very friendly, and the manager was also very nice—and a little quirky too 😂. There is performance pressure, but once you meet your targets, things become more relaxed. Everyone on the team is really nice, so I fit in quickly. We often go out for meals or karaoke together after work. I’ve been here for three months now, and I’m genuinely having a great time. It’s completely different from my previous sales experience—wow.

Everyone is too nice, and sometimes we get so carried away chatting that the manager has to remind us 😂. We can accidentally keep talking and forget that we’re supposed to be working, hahaha. Whenever things get stressful, chatting for a while makes everything feel better @@.
