Comfortable work environment

1. The head office is too far from Neihu Gangqian Station.

2. It claims to be a native digital bank, but in reality its systems are extremely weak, and the turnover rate among system staff is extremely high.

3. No KPIs were set at the beginning of the year. Annual employee evaluations are based solely on managers’ personal preferences, with no performance discussion held with employees for the year.

4. Employees can choose only one meat and one vegetarian lunchbox option each day, and the lunchbox vendor never changes.

5. Originally, I had more than ten days of personal annual leave (calculated based on my previous years of employment). When I was going through the resignation process, I was told that my annual leave for the current year had to be reverted to the number stipulated by the Labor Standards Act (7 days per year). The additional leave benefit was completely removed—more than ten days became seven—and the salary for leave already taken that year would be deducted... What? After working for so many years, this was the first time I had ever heard of such a rule, and it was even written in the employee handbook.

6. The female manager is extremely emotional, likes to gossip at work, and has absolutely no management ability.

7. The turnover rate across the entire bank is extremely high.
