This is a good company. The attitude you bring will be noticed by others. Self-directed learning is important; you don’t need to place all your dependence on your supervisor. Have confidence in yourself and trust that you can do things well. Ask questions immediately if you are unsure. If your supervisor does not respond or show respect, don’t be afraid—you can raise the issue with the section manager.

Rather than hiring new temporary workers, it would be better to retain the temporary workers who are capable and useful.
