Workplace reviews and discussion: 優力美科技實業股份有限公司

The colleagues get along well with one another.

The boss habitually fires employees on the spot and humiliates them in various ways. Any minor issue will be blamed on the employee. He does not understand the media industry, yet because he takes the employer’s side, he makes many demands and expects employees to produce an unusually large volume of work. This company is a terrible place to work—do not go there under any circumstances. Once you join, it is very difficult to get out.
