The environment is clean and bright, and it feels a lot like being in the military. You often have to write performance reports. There is performance pressure, but it builds up gradually.

As soon as I joined, the whole group of colleagues pressured me to have sex with the person assigned to train me. When making consultation calls, other colleagues would deliberately harass you and prevent you from speaking properly on the phone. If you did not listen to them, they would ruin your reputation. Later, a female colleague who had complied was exposed and bragged about by male colleagues, and she was forced to resign. I do not know how many people have been replaced. Some products are easy to sell and others are not. It is simply a dirty and manipulative environment.
