This company is full of useless old-timers who are basically of no use. To put it bluntly, they have only been here a long time but are still a bunch of deadweights; the company treats them like treasures. You have to suck up to get promoted; people at the bottom are worked to death. A bunch of old deadweights do nothing but sit around collecting high salaries. Hiring any young person would be better than these so-called managers. It’s a really bizarre company, with old-timers making up more than 50%. A bunch of useless old deadweights.
