台灣寶尊電子商務股份有限公司
Pros

1 The office culture is relaxed, with no hierarchical structure

2 Flexible working hours: 9:00–10:00 / 18:00–19:00

3 Two-hour lunch break (12:00 to 14:00); no make-up workdays when Saturdays are designated as workdays

4 The company’s clients are all major brands (GAP, Estée Lauder, O’right, Little B), which is a significant plus on a résumé

5 There is a snack cabinet (employees can submit requests each month)

Cons

1 There is no year-end bonus, annual banquet, or bonuses for the three major holidays; there is only one bonus paid in the first half of each year (basically averaging only about half a month’s salary). Make sure to negotiate your salary before joining, because raises are extremely difficult to obtain. This is not a suitable workplace for people who need money.

2 The Taiwan office has no administrative, HR, finance, or related staff. All such matters must be handled through personnel in Hong Kong, and requests for payments and related processes are handled rather slowly.

3 The pace of resignations is faster than the pace of hiring replacements, so one person may end up doing the work of two or three people.

4 Managers only relay clients’ requirements to subordinates to execute. They do not think through or digest matters they do not understand, and they are not very good at communicating with clients. They often accept unreasonable requests without question, making many decisions seem unprofessional.

5 The computers are very slow, and the equipment is outdated
