A small number of colleagues are friendly
A job that is very easy to get hired for
1. Going out to buy food and eating during the break are limited to only 30 minutes.
2. The place for breaks and meals is no different from a prison: the space is small and there are many miscellaneous items nearby.
3. Most colleagues are of questionable quality. Customers who ask questions without buying products have a certain probability of being given nicknames and having notes filled with trash talk written about them.
4. Some stockrooms have neither air conditioning nor elevators. You can get heatstroke while counting inventory and develop inflamed fascia from moving things.
5. You have to spend a lot of personal time attending classes. If you do not attend the special courses held each month, your superiors will take an interest in you.
6. Newcomers are often reprimanded by veteran employees, supposedly to give them a chance to practice, but in reality the veterans chat nearby while making the newcomers work themselves to death. That is why people do not stay.
7. If you want a promotion here, it is not based on ability. In fact, being capable makes you more likely to be stabbed in the back by colleagues.
