The department atmosphere and colleagues are fairly good, and overtime can be claimed.
However, the employee turnover rate is very high.
Training basically consists of being given documents to read on your own, which is very unfriendly to new employees; the turnover rate within seven days is extremely high.
The salary increase promised in the interview upon completion of the probationary period was not delivered, and then there was no follow-up. There is a full-attendance system, no flexible shifts, and you can probably leave after just going through the motions for a while—the system cannot retain employees.
