The background, foreign-language skills, professional competence, and even customer-handling abilities of a certain department manager at the company are highly problematic. It could be said that this person has no ability to get things done, and only knows how to make grand promises in front of senior management, cater to their preferences, and force frontline employees to implement meaningless and illogical practices. At present, this person is merely taking over the achievements of predecessors and has no effective new strategies. Their only role in the company is to appease upper management.
