A dictatorial and arbitrary boss who thinks he is wealthy and powerful. Decisions about employees’ salaries are based entirely on personal preferences. The company’s most senior executive has been there for more than 10 years, while most of the others have been there only 1–2 years. The turnover is so high that it could be called a graveyard for mid- and senior-level managers, and there is an extreme lack of respect for professional expertise!!! Although the boss offers managers substantial bonuses, the demands are extremely high; decisions change from day to day, and the boss’s moods are unpredictable. If the boss is unhappy today, you may be told to leave immediately!!!!
Employees below management live in a high-pressure, fearful environment every day, so turnover is extremely high~~~ The factory buildings are also run-down and dilapidated~~~~
Recommendation: Don’t be lured in by the initially high salary. You will absolutely, absolutely regret it~~~~ Internal governance is a complete mess, and the division of responsibilities is unclear!!!!
