The HR invitation and interview process was quite good and professional. During the interview, the female HR manager first gave a professional introduction to the company and explained the job responsibilities, dispelling the negative impression I had previously found online and filling me with expectations for this job.

However, after interviewing with the operations management manager, I found from his remarks that the job responsibilities were unclear yet seemed to encompass everything, and I also had no idea what his area of expertise was. Instead, I felt that I did not want to continue the conversation.
