1 Basically, if you have thick skin, you can clock in and out on time.
1 At the fuel-card sales division, there are a ton of meetings that wear down your spirit and patience. You have to write reports from time to time, and even though your supervisor earns a different salary from you, you still have to listen to them complain about this and that—what a waste of life.
2 The supervisors and department managers are pretty much all the same. They follow the Labor Standards Act, but will also do everything they can to make things difficult for you. On average, one person quits every month.
3 If you fail to win the favor of upper management, prepare to leave. The company only needs obedient “dogs.”
4 You really don’t need to waste your life at this company. The same goes for the interview process—if you want to work in sales, there will definitely be other, better options.
