A very bird-brained interview process
There were three interviews, lasting nearly two months.
The first interview was on 8/2. On 9/14, you called to inform me that I had been hired and that the offer would be sent to me the next day. However, on 9/18, you called to say that the salary would need to be reduced further and that you would then reassess whether to hire me. I couldn't help but wonder: Is this how you do things? You keep changing decisions that had already been made. From 9/18 to 9/26, I kept waiting for the result. In the meantime, I even called politely to ask about the progress, but you ultimately showed absolutely no integrity. You always said there would be a conclusion that day, but there never was. Do you think other people's time is yours to waste? Then, near the end of the month, you called again to tell me how deeply regrettable it was. From my perspective, your efficiency and integrity both score zero.
