Pros

: Company is becoming younger

: Too many drawbacks

Cons

: The company loves hiring students but has no comprehensive onboarding system

: The salary calculation method is extremely bizarre; even taking annual leave results in deductions

: New hires are immediately assigned a pile of tasks, with an unbelievably huge amount of responsibility

: As for the salary and promotion system, forget about expecting any real system—there basically isn't one. You have to go in assuming that whatever you start with is what you'll continue to receive. At first, though, they always say adjustments depend on performance. How well you perform is entirely subjective, with no standards

: Labor and health insurance salaries are underreported. Salaries are paid in two installments, with no निश्चित payment schedule; once, I received the second payment a week later

: Whether you're a student, intern, or full-time employee, no matter how many years you've worked there, the year-end bonus is as small as a red envelope from your mom (less than 10,000—so pitiful, LOL)

: Bonuses for the three major festivals and birthday celebrations are given entirely according to the boss's mood, making you feel as though you're receiving charity from him. They're also ridiculously small—less than a middle school student's pocket money (under 500)

: The boss and his wife frequently have different opinions, making it very difficult to get things done. They have no consensus and only make things difficult for employees

: The position described in the interview is different from the actual work, but they always use “learning” as an excuse

: The turnover rate is extremely high. New employees don't stay, while veteran employees rely on experience to do things and basically won't help you

: The boss is extremely dictatorial. If he can't win an argument with you, he'll say it's because he's the boss. What a joke

: He often overturns his own theories but is too proud to admit it, making matters go around in a huge circle and making work very difficult

: He often raises his voice at employees and speaks sarcastically and rudely, using illogical reasoning without thinking

: The company's information is extremely disorganized; finding anything requires searching in several different places

: The distribution of work between departments is chaotic, and tasks are constantly pushed onto other departments

: The senior employees in the office are all extremely arrogant and impatient

: Lunch is not provided; ordering a company lunchbox costs $70

Those who want to experience a minefield are welcome to give it a try
