Colleagues are easy to get along with.
1. The director of a certain department arrives at the company at 10 a.m. every day, then goes home at noon to sleep or handle community affairs. Personal matters take precedence over work, and subordinates are instructed to give a consistent explanation that the director is having meals with clients or visiting clients.
They like to call meetings, so the people underneath them never finish their work.
(The senior manager is extremely lax, while those underneath suffer and are made to take the blame for other departments. It is strongly not recommended to join this department.)
2. Revenue is poor, and the company does nothing about it. It laid off employees a while ago, then started hiring again; its policies are unclear.
3. The company does not give salary increases.
