HR starts with a phone screening to get a general understanding of your basic information, followed by an in-person interview at the company. HR repeatedly asks about personal privacy, including family members and their occupations; your parents’ circumstances are also among the interview questions. The process does not mention the company’s overall benefits system. Then, they keep sharing personal matters and their knowledge of every industry, which is completely speechless. Once the interview formally proceeds with the manager, they keep making things difficult regarding your age. In addition, the company operates under a responsibility-based system without overtime pay. Overall, the entire process makes people feel very uncomfortable.
