Cons

If you had the divine eye and saw the layers of suffering in the human world, could you still be happy? As the saying goes, “If you do not hear, do not look, and do not know in your heart,” life may actually be better without supernatural powers. Supernatural powers must be based on attaining the fruits of practice and meditative concentration, grounded in compassion and abiding in pure precepts. Bodhisattvas, for example, use supernatural powers to guide and transform sentient beings on the basis of compassion.
