Employees are often asked by the company to go to the factory to do manual labor, even though that was not the job they applied for; instead, they are instructed to do so by the company supervisor. The supervisor does not go themselves, and is also biased and unprofessional at work! They also make many demands, and bonuses are only received after four months; if you resign, you do not receive them. I do not really recommend this company. Even as a recent graduate, I would advise against coming here; you can find a company with better systems and development opportunities.
