Pros
English assessment, an interview with the supervisor, and an interview with HR.
There was nothing particularly special about the interview; it was okay.
Cons
What HR said about annual salary increases was false—don't believe it. They also said that everyone receives bonuses, which was also false; don't believe it.
It really depends on the department and on whether you know how to flatter people. It's the same in every workplace: if you know how to flatter people, you will thrive.
It really is just the 14 months stated in the contract—this is definitely the case.
