Pros
The team members all seem very easy to get along with.
Cons
Looking at past discussions, the HR staff have not improved either. They still go silent after promising to follow up.
There are quite a few steps in the interview process, and after completing them, they simply ghost you. It is extremely disrespectful.
They do not respond either—is it really so difficult to send a canned thank-you email?
