愛家概念有限公司
Pros

If compared with other domestic brands, the store has some décor, which may be the only advantage I can think of.

Cons

1. Sales basically consists of wrapping things up in sales scripts. So from the moment you join the company, you will have a whole bunch of scripts to memorize.

2. Endless forms. Whether or not a sofa is sold, you have to keep filling out forms over and over again.

3. A company that appears to have a complete system on the outside, but whose internal operations are not mature enough, resulting in constant rework or an inability to find the appropriate contact to handle matters. It is extremely cumbersome.

4. The company makes everything sound great during interviews and says that everyone is welcome to offer opinions. However, after joining and making suggestions to supervisors, they love to say that “the boss likes it this way” or “the boss likes it that way.” About 80% of matters receive this answer—it is only a question of whether they say it explicitly or not. This is especially obvious with a certain female supervisor. So, roughly speaking, this is a company where what the boss says goes, and supervisors have to perform for the boss, rather than a place where everyone can offer opinions, let alone make changes.

5. I do not know whether this will change in the future, but before I left, the sofas were manufactured in China. If you are very concerned about products made in China, do not go, because you will be expected to package this through sales scripts and persuade customers.

6. Employee training consists of memorizing sales scripts and learning complicated ordering procedures. The knowledge provided about sofa structures, details, design concepts, and so on is fundamentally insufficient for use in sales. You have to rely on your own past experience and self-directed learning to converse with customers. The training content is not mature or complete enough.

7. The salary and commissions are not high; they can be considered on the low side within the industry. Be sure to ask clearly during the interview. As for the grand promises, it is best to just listen to them.

8. Finally, not being trusted by supervisors is the norm at this company. Therefore, people who are very sensitive about their self-confidence or easily hurt should think carefully. I hear that some supervisors themselves are also very sensitive.

Overall, if you just think this company seems impressive and want to join to give it a try, there is no need to waste your time, because you really will be wasting your time. If you love memorizing sales scripts, love clerical work, and really like companies where things can change at the drop of a hat, then please join bravely.
