A lot of money—an enormous amount.
The work atmosphere is terrible; there are petty and malicious people everywhere, and the supervisors are completely blind. Even when you work excessive overtime, the supervisor still thinks you are not cooperating with overtime work.
The team leader is fundamentally incompetent. They know nothing yet can still be a team leader, doing nothing but talking. In this company, connections mean everything: those who curry favor do not have to do any work, while those who can work are worked to death. Those who cannot work either curry favor or resign. Someone from the same hiring cohort was almost 40 when they joined; it is obvious they got in through connections, yet they still refuse to admit it. Every day, people work overtime to buy dinner for the team leader and drinks for the supervisor. You do not have to work; you only need to sit in the office, enjoy the air conditioning, and use your phone. You do not need to work or learn.
Just a low-level technician, yet they can still manipulate those in power to control those below them.
This company is difficult to get into, yet they were still able to recruit their former colleagues as well. Their connections are truly impressive. They caused two new employees to fail their probation periods just to make room for their own colleagues.
In short, aside from the money, there is nothing good about this company.
