The headquarters offers in-house medical aesthetics discounts. Employees can use points to apply for simple treatments, and can receive company products during the three major holidays (?)
The second-generation successor (the junior boss) is extremely out of touch. He was parachuted directly into an assistant manager position, has very poor emotional management, and will loudly berate employees in the office. The entire office knows about it. His wife is also very scheming and loves to report on people behind their backs. They are a frightening family. The turnover rate at headquarters is extremely high; HR staff, engineers, marketers, and designers all have trouble staying. I suggest the second generation first work their way up from an entry-level position at an outside company to better understand how to lead both people and their hearts.
