Pros
The company’s exterior is impressive, and the environment is comfortable.
Cons
The senior executive conducting the interview had a very forceful presence. Put positively, she was quick, decisive, and to the point; put less positively, she had little patience for listening to the interviewee’s answers.
Many questions seemed to require that your views not differ from hers, giving the impression that she had very little empathy.
The interviewee had to complete a test paper at an elementary- or middle-school level. It felt like a company from a bygone era—extremely backward.
