Pros
They make everything sound great during the interview, but after you start, they’ll find ways to cut your pay. There’s little to no year-end bonus. They’ll try to make you resign voluntarily so they can even avoid paying severance.
Cons
Unless you’re there to build courage, do not put yourself through this ordeal.
