1. The frequency of bonus payouts is fairly good
2. You can get a free health checkup at the end of the year
3. The year-end party and company trips are pretty good
4. The company has a certain level of recognition and does business with many international brands, which can broaden your horizons
5. The office environment is clean, and the air conditioning is always turned up high
6. You can now wear casual clothes on Fridays, and the dress code is fairly relaxed in general
7. Relationships among colleagues are fairly good. We can communicate rationally when issues arise and help one another
8. It is very convenient to buy food near the company, with many shops nearby
1. The salary was lower than what HR initially told me, and it was not increased to the promised amount after the probationary period
2. The employee turnover rate is too high. HR alone changed three times during my employment, so even if your duties are changed to something different from the original role, there is nothing you can do—the HR person who recruited you may already have left
3. There are simply too many meetings, and the content is often repetitive or the meeting topics are unclear. Basically, if the boss wants to hold a meeting, they can call you over at any time
4. It is a family-owned business. Some employees joined through family connections and use their connections to bully others, dump work on you, and usually speak very loudly to make sure everyone hears them
5. Benefits and rules are changed from time to time, becoming completely different from what was originally discussed, without any explanation of the reasons
6. The boss and employees often have communication problems, mainly because the boss does not truly understand the difficulties employees face in implementing things
7. It is relatively stable work in the short term, but it does not offer much long-term career benefit. The company does not have a good promotion system, and managers prefer to bring in parachuted hires
8. Sometimes, for a simple matter, the boss, vice president, and chairman—who are family members—may each have different opinions and make their own revisions. This causes a single matter to drag on for a long time, with changes still being made in the end
