There aren’t many questions during the interview process.

The real problem is that things are truly awful after you start working.

Someone is leaving every day.

Assistants are expected to take on their supervisors’ responsibilities single-handedly.

As long as there’s a cheap assistant to use,

there’s no rush to hire a supervisor.

Even when your workload increases, your salary won’t.

There’s no year-end bonus.

You’re not allowed to eat lunch inside the office.

You can only eat in the open space upstairs.

You have to take all your trash home to dispose of; there are no trash cans in the office.

There are probably around 10 surveillance cameras in the office.

They’re all watching what you’re doing at work.

When you request office supplies,

they’ll only give you very old ones, saying there’s no need to buy new ones.

A welfare fee is deducted from your salary every month, but employees receive no benefits in return.

The air conditioning in the restroom is turned off because someone once spent 20 minutes in there, which was considered too long.

Cars cannot park in the parking lot unless the driver is a supervisor with “connections.”

Someone was reported to the police for parking there.

The company is as stingy as possible with employees.

If you don’t clock in 10 minutes early, it will affect your performance rating through a deduction.

When you resign, you’re still required to have your work clothes dry-cleaned.

Otherwise, money will be deducted from your pay.

There is no salary adjustment after the probationary period.

There is no adjustment even after working for a full year.

If you don’t work on a typhoon day, you won’t be paid.

Otherwise, you have to use your own annual leave to cover it.

Employees are asked to avoid taking leave for weddings, funerals, and other family occasions whenever possible.

Otherwise, the boss will think you’re not serious about your work.

The food given to employees is also left sitting for a long time after being photographed.

There is no overtime pay, only compensatory time off.

It’s best not to join and be exploited.

Many supervisors only shirk responsibility and harm others.

They deduct employees’ pay over trivial matters.

There are endless meetings, and they never reach any conclusions.

On top of that, their attitudes are terrible.

When they fail to persuade someone to stay, they resort to verbal abuse.

In reality, they have no ability at all.

All you see are people who flatter others and receive high salaries.

But that’s exactly what the boss likes.
