Got assigned to a small community, so it wasn't busy
Seriously violates the Labor Standards Act. During the interview, they said it was a monthly salary system with one hour of overtime every day without overtime pay. But when I asked for overtime pay, they said it was a flexible working-hours system under the one-fixed-day-off-and-one-flexible-rest-day policy, paid hourly? Can the employment terms really keep changing like this all the time?
The managers are children of senior company executives. They are ineffective, have no understanding of the situation, and like to make sarcastic remarks. When something goes wrong, they like to shift the blame onto frontline staff.
The people inside the company either don't understand the basic Labor Standards Act or knowingly violate it. Not recommended.
