Update:
Taijia Trade Co., Ltd. is the same company as Jin He Xing International Co., Ltd.
1. Occasionally, there are company dinners (once every 3–6 months), paid for by the company.
2. The coworkers are generally easy to get along with. However, before a candidate has been selected for a position, coworkers tend to be more distant and are not very enthusiastic toward new employees.
3. There are company trips for employees who have been with the company for at least one year. The company pays for them, but there may not be a trip every year.
4. If your supervisor likes you, they will proactively give you a raise (provided that you work extremely hard, frequently work overtime, and perform well).
1. Overtime is frequent—almost every day—and there is no overtime pay. To the company, working overtime represents company culture and effort.
2. The boss's wife only values performance. She is often confused and gets things mixed up, then repeatedly berates people over the same issues every month.
3. Because the boss's wife is vegetarian, employees are not allowed to bring meat or other non-vegetarian food into the company and may only eat it outside.
4. The company's performance-based compensation system is opaque. Even with similar performance, someone generating millions in sales may receive only one or two thousand, while someone generating over a hundred thousand may receive ten or twenty thousand.
5. The company takes products from Taobao in mainland China, makes minor changes to the packaging and design, and sells them at double the profit.
6. New employees may be fired if they leave too punctually and are unwilling to cooperate with overtime work.
7. The supervisor is blinded and only notices employees who flatter them and cling to them, even though those employees lack ability.
8. The bonuses for the three major holidays are also unfair, apparently based entirely on the supervisor's preferences, ranging from 1,200 to 6,000.
9. Raises are also unfair. Based on the supervisor's preferences, some people have received several raises, while others never receive any.
10. The supervisor repeatedly changes what they say and may also pretend not to understand.
11. The supervisor likes to make grand promises, but in the end, all the benefits are taken by employees who cling to them.
12. Resources and bonuses are only given to employees who cling to the supervisor.
13. The supervisor does not want employees to become too friendly with one another.
14. The supervisor often goes out to handle personal matters and stays out past working hours. To sign documents, employees have to wait until the supervisor returns.
15. It is a one-person dictatorship; mentioning certain keywords will get you scolded.
16. The supervisor cannot separate public and private matters, and employees have to spend time handling assigned matters after work.
17. The company looks for people to monitor online reviews, and some reviews are fabricated.
