The Nankan warehouse has air conditioning and is very clean. Colleagues are generally easy to get along with. However, the salary and benefits are less competitive than those offered by other logistics companies. Still, the company complies with the Labor Standards Act and does not force employees to work overtime or withhold overtime pay. Currently, workers are hired through staffing agencies rather than as regular employees, so promotion is not easy. Nevertheless, there are annual bonuses (Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year, and year-end settlement bonuses).
The company’s sales staff are not very capable, and profitability is relatively poor. When looking for sales personnel, the company should not make Japanese-language ability a prerequisite, since the job involves finding clients in Taiwan, not Japan.
