A certain supervisor says that people in the same department should help one another, but I’ve heard that nearly everyone who actually did any work has already left. The employees who remain can be trained in teamwork! There is a senior engineer in one department with a very bad temper. The department’s junior manager has to kneel on one knee beside him to listen to him complain, without realizing that he himself is the one who failed to do his job properly. From what I can see, the manager has very good emotional management skills! Recently, because of the high employee turnover, even engineers who watch videos and browse the internet during work hours can get hired through interviews. Of course, that person was eventually kicked out, but it was pretty funny to have someone freeload off the probation period. All I can say is that this company is very willing to give employees opportunities.
The stock price keeps soaring—how could there be any downsides?
