I initially thought it was a large company that could serve as a stepping stone, but after the interview, I realized that they were not even friendly during the interview.

The interviewer was extremely late. I had been referred internally for the interview, and I waited for more than 40 minutes. When the interviewer finally arrived, they immediately launched into criticizing my experience and sarcastically questioned how I could have time to handle the demanding work there with children. On top of that, the interviewer went on at length about how their company had been understanding about them having children, blah blah blah~~. It made me feel really disgusted. If the company could be understanding about the interviewer having children, why couldn’t they show consideration for others during the interview? If they had no sincere intention of conducting the interview, they didn’t need to make me travel all the way there, wasting my time and money. They could have just casually chatted with me over video instead.
